• Develop strategic plans for production capacity expansion.

• Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making in production operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Manufacturing
• An MBA is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of leadership experience in production or manufacturing
