Join our team as a Lockstitch Armhole Sew and Trim Operator, where your skills will directly impact the quality of our garments. You will be responsible for operating sewing machines efficiently, ensuring precision in each armhole you sew, while adhering to our quality protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Skillfully operate lockstitch machines to precisely sew and finish armholes.
  • Trim excess fabric with precision to ensure clean finishes.
  • Conduct quality control checks to maintain production standards.
  • Adjust machine operations as necessary to enhance efficiency.
  • Perform regular inspections of finished products for defects.
  • Maintain a tidy workspace and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Engage with colleagues to address and resolve any issues in production flow.
  • Consistently meet and exceed production quotas.
  • Document work processes accurately and submit reports as required.
  • Engage in skill development workshops to enhance job performance.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in garment manufacturing or sewing is an advantage
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in garment manufacturing, specifically in lockstitch operations
