Job Description

As a Lacquerer, you will play a pivotal role in the finishing process of our furniture. Your main responsibility will be to apply lacquer precisely, ensuring a flawless finish that enhances the look and longevity of our products.

Responsibilities

• Carefully prepare all surfaces by sanding, filling, and cleaning before lacquering.
• Utilize various tools for lacquer application including air sprays and brushes.
• Ensure smooth and even lacquer application, following established company standards.
• Conduct quality control checks and make refinements as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Remain updated on product lines and finishing techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant training or apprenticeship in lacquering is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lacquerer in a similar role.
