• Facilitate communication between engineering and operational departments.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of engineering projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant industrial engineering experience
