Responsibilities

• Develop detailed design specifications for mechanical systems.

• Assist in the coordination of design and manufacturing processes.
• Review and approve technical documentation and manuals.
• Collaborate with teams to implement improvements based on testing feedback.
• Manage projects from concept through to completion.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and integrate them into designs.
• Deliver presentations on project progress and outcomes.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in mechanical engineering practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience with a focus on product development

Technical Skills
