Job Description

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Event Planner to join our team in London. As an Event Planner, you'll coordinate all aspects of event planning from conception to execution. Your creativity will shine as you design unique experiences and ensure that every detail is executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of various events, ensuring they meet client expectations.
  • Prepare detailed event proposals and manage event logs.
  • Coordinate with venue and catering staff to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop event marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure all events are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients to establish their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and venues to ensure best prices and service.
  • Implement feedback procedures to enhance event strategies.
  • Assist in developing the events calendar and marketing strategy.
  • Organise post-event evaluations to review what worked well and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • Professional certifications in event planning are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
