Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of food safety and hygiene policies in line with industry standards.
Evaluate product quality through testing and sensory evaluations.
Lead investigations into quality non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct training workshops on quality control and food safety regulations.
Prepare documentation for quality audits and inspections.
Develop a culture of continuous improvement within the quality assurance team.
Participate in product development meetings to advise on quality and safety considerations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
Master's degree is advantageous
