Job Description

As a Pastry Chef Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting an array of stunning desserts and pastries that not only taste exquisite but are also visually appealing. Your creativity and culinary skills will play a pivotal role in our catering offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Produce a range of pastries, ensuring quality and taste are consistent across all products.
  • Develop and implement creative dessert presentations for various events.
  • Oversee the pastry kitchen's operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
  • Evaluate the quality of raw ingredients and reject substandard items.
  • Help create a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
  • Attend culinary workshops and training sessions to refine skills.
  • Assist with the development and testing of new dessert concepts.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary diploma or relevant qualification
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in fine dining or high-end catering settings
