Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Food Safety Auditor to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within our food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, monitoring processes, and implementing best practices to uphold our safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead food safety audits and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
• Assess potential risks and recommend preventive measures.
• Document and report any non-conformance to management.
• Conduct staff training sessions on food hygiene practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance safety measures.
• Review and update food safety policies according to regulatory standards.
• Maintain records of audits and compliance for future reference.
• Actively participate in safety committee meetings and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in Food Safety preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of auditing experience in the food and beverage industry

Languages

• English: Fluent
