Responsibilities

• Develop and test new relish recipes focusing on flavour profiles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of recipes and production trials.
• Assist in scaling up successful recipes for manufacturing.
• Conduct sensory analyses to evaluate product quality.
• Provide technical support during the production process.
• Stay updated with consumer preferences and ingredient innovations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Culinary Arts is preferred

Experience

• Experience in developing relish recipes and product lines is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Food Safety Regulations

• Experience in Market Trends: Understanding of market trends in the food industry to drive product innovation.
• Mentorship Experience: Previous experience mentoring junior blenders is beneficial.
