Job Description

Join our dedicated Cabin Crew as a Passenger Attendant. You will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service, ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our passengers during flights. This role demands a proactive and friendly approach, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all passengers are seated safely and wearing seat belts during takeoff and landing.
  • Assist the Cabin Manager with safety briefings and protocols.
  • Manage any emergencies and ensure the safety of passengers at all times.
  • Develop rapport with passengers to enhance their flying experience.
  • Document any passenger issues for review and follow up.

Requirements

Education
  • Cabin Crew Attestation or equivalent certification
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience serving in an airline or hospitality role
Technical Skills
  • Food and beverage service equipment
Soft Skills
  • Conflict resolution
  • Customer service orientation
Certifications
  • Valid passport and appropriate work visas
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Leadership experience: Experience in a supervisory role within cabin crew is a plus.
