Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade in Harlow. If you have a passion for creating exceptional dishes and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

  • Execute cooking duties efficiently while adhering to recipes and standards.
  • Train and mentor new kitchen team members.
  • Ensure all dishes are plated attractively and served timely.
  • Participate in stock rotation and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Report any equipment maintenance issues to management.
  • Maintain a positive and effective work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary Management degree or equivalent
  • Advanced Food Safety certification is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar kitchen role
