Responsibilities
Execute cooking duties efficiently while adhering to recipes and standards.
Train and mentor new kitchen team members.
Ensure all dishes are plated attractively and served timely.
Participate in stock rotation and waste reduction initiatives.
Report any equipment maintenance issues to management.
Maintain a positive and effective work environment.
Requirements
Education
Culinary Management degree or equivalent
Advanced Food Safety certification is preferred

3+ years of experience in a similar kitchen role
