Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager who is adept at developing strategic plans for our property portfolio. Your role will include analysing market trends, managing leasing agreements, and presenting performance reports to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of real estate properties to maximise revenue.
  • Conduct regular audits of property financial statements and operating budgets.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies to enhance property visibility.
  • Manage property renovations and improvements with a focus on sustainability.
  • Actively engage with tenants to foster a supportive community.
  • Utilize property management software to track performance metrics.
  • Evaluate and improve property management processes for efficiency.
  • Engage in networking to build relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Assess market conditions to develop competitive rental pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and manage annual operating budgets for portfolio properties.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Real Estate or related field is preferred

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate management and investment analysis
