We are looking for a Redevelopment Manager who will oversee and manage our redevelopment projects, ensuring successful delivery while coordinating various activities and stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bringing transformative projects to life in urban areas.

Responsibilities

• Direct project management efforts for redevelopment initiatives.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure all aspects of projects are coordinated effectively.
• Report on project progression to senior management regularly.
• Implement innovative solutions to improve redevelopment processes.
• Utilise effective problem-solving skills to address project-related issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Master's degree in relevant field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in urban redevelopment projects.

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Project

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Membership

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in financial management: Previous experience managing project budgets and financial reporting.
