As a Business Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and the business. You will analyse business needs, gather requirements, and recommend solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of business operations and workflows.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT teams.
• Facilitate workshops for requirement gathering and brainstorming.
• Assist in project scope definition and planning.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of new software solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology
• Master's degree in Business Analysis is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of solid experience in business analysis

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
