Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Redcap Data Manager to join our dynamic healthcare research team. You will manage data systems, create surveys, and support various research projects, ensuring effective data management processes are in place. The ideal candidate will possess an eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data tracking systems using Redcap.
• Provide guidance on the best practices for data management.
• Extract and interpret data to support healthcare insights.
• Manage and validate data sets to ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of research publications and presentations.
• Work with IT teams to ensure system performance and upgrades.
• Stay updated on the latest data management technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science or related field
• Master's in Statistics or relevant area preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience with database management systems

• Data analysis

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs): Experience working with EHR systems will be advantageous.
