Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pill Coater to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will play an essential role in applying coatings to pharmaceutical pills, ensuring adherence to quality control protocols while maintaining a pristine work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation of coating machines to produce consistent quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on coating machinery.
  • Document all production activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Train new staff on equipment use and safety practices.
  • Assist in developing new coating techniques and improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production status and issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Pharmaceutical Sciences is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an automated coating environment.
