You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to capture technical information and translate it into user-friendly documentation.

Responsibilities

• Draft and publish comprehensive user manuals and online help content.
• Interview stakeholders to understand user needs and document workflows.
• Review and incorporate user feedback to enhance documentation quality.
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously with strict deadlines.
• Maintain a central repository for all documentation materials.
• Coordinate with the UX team to streamline user interface documentation.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and updates in healthcare technology.
• Assist in product training sessions for both technical staff and end-users.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Healthcare
• Master's degree is desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or related roles
