Job Description

As an Occupational Health Assistant, you will be a vital part of our healthcare team. You will assist in the delivery of high-quality occupational health services, helping to assess the health and wellbeing of employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a keen interest in promoting workplace health.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in the collection and analysis of health data for reporting and improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the delivery of training programmes related to workplace health.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and management to address health-related issues.
  • Support the development of workplace health policies and programs.
  • Assist in the evaluation and audits of health programmes.
  • Provide feedback and insights on health trends and issues observed in the workplace.
  • Participate in internal and external audits related to occupational health.
  • Promote a health-conscious culture within the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Occupational Health are advantageous.
Experience
  • 2+ years in an occupational health or clinical role.
