Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to drive our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media and a proven track record of creating engaging content that sparks conversation and boosts brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of social media initiatives.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content.
  • Conduct regular audits of social media presence.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
  • Develop audience personas to enhance targeting efforts.
  • Foster relationships with influencers and key industry figures.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Use social listening tools to monitor the brand's online presence.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas.
  • Report directly to the Marketing Director and provide updates on initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing
  • MBA with a focus on Digital Marketing is preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of social media marketing experience
