Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design onboarding programs for new sales hires.
  • Coordinate with product teams to ensure the sales team has deep product knowledge.
  • Analyse sales data to identify gaps in training and performance.
  • Create and maintain a repository of sales enablement resources.
  • Ensure consistent communication of sales strategies across teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or business development
