Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Sorter to join our team. As a Sorter, your main responsibility will be to sort and process packages and mail for delivery within our organization. You will ensure the accurate labelling of items and maintain a smooth workflow within our logistics processes.

Responsibilities

  • Scan, sort, and store incoming products according to company procedures.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Process orders using warehouse management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks as required.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • No previous experience required, but previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
Technical Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
Soft Skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Good communication skills

Advantageous

  • Experience in a similar role: Previous experience in sorting/packages processing preferred.
  • Experience operating automated sorting equipment: Familiarity with modern sorting technologies is a plus.
