We are on the lookout for a motivated Distribution Center Supervisor to join our busy team in Bangor. The ideal candidate will spearhead daily operations in our distribution center, ensuring efficiency and productivity while fostering a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities within the distribution centre.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the distribution centre.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skill sets.
• Promote a culture of safety and efficiency in all operations.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Requirements

Education

• AS/AL in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment

• Logistics Software
• Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Forklift Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in E-commerce Fulfilment: Familiarity with fulfilment processes in e-commerce environments.
