We are on the lookout for an experienced Regulatory Policy Advisor to join our growing team in Worcester. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our compliance strategies, ensuring that our practices align with the current regulatory landscape. Your expertise will be crucial in advising on regulatory changes and implementing robust compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on regulatory requirements related to our industry.
• Develop and maintain effective compliance training materials and resources.
• Facilitate compliance workshops and discussions to enhance understanding across teams.
• Review and analyse compliance incidents to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development of strategic compliance initiatives to promote best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Law, or relevant field
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in compliance management roles

Technical Skills

• Compliance Monitoring

Certifications

• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
• PRINCE2 Practitioner
