Job Description

As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization complies with relevant laws and regulations. This position requires a keen understanding of compliance standards to develop effective policies and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement internal control systems to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Advise senior management on compliance issues and strategies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during compliance audits.
  • Review and enhance existing compliance frameworks to maintain effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Serve as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and inquiries.
  • Document and report operational compliance performance.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and prioritize compliance threats.
  • Utilize compliance software tools for monitoring and reporting.
  • Develop strategies for effective compliance communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Compliance or related field preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in compliance management
