We are on the lookout for a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Blackburn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies and processes to ensure the quality of our products meets industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and design test strategies based on specific projects.
• Participate in daily stand-ups as part of the Agile framework.
• Review functional and technical specifications for completeness.
• Utilise performance testing tools to evaluate application responsiveness.
• Conduct compatibility testing across various platforms and devices.
• Provide input to improve testing processes and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software testing

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• JUnit
• Postman

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Communication
• Analytical thinking

Certifications

• ISTQB Certified Tester
• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CI/CD tools: Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
