• Manage payroll, budgeting, and monthly financial assessments for the store.

• Track and analyse sales data to make informed decisions on stock and promotions.
• Implement training programs for new employees and continuous skill development for existing staff.
• Ensure product knowledge is shared throughout the team to promote upselling and customer engagement.
• Encourage feedback from team members to improve store processes and customer service initiatives.
• Drive community engagement and store events to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct regular audits on inventory and sales transactions.
• Maintain a safe working environment through active compliance and training.
• Develop and maintain relationships with loyal customers through effective communication.
