Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Retail Manager to lead our Liverpool store team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, drive sales initiatives, and create a vibrant atmosphere that enhances customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for mentoring staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring a seamless retail experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the store’s operational functions and ensure targets are met.
  • Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
  • Utilize customer feedback to refine service delivery.
  • Manage promotions and ensure effective marketing execution.
  • Conduct staff meetings to communicate store objectives.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies.
  • Liaise with suppliers for product procurement and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of product presentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
  • Master's in Business Administration is preferred
