Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online operations. Your primary focus will be to drive sales through strategic marketing campaigns while enhancing our customer’s online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to maximise online sales.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for website updates and enhancements.
  • Manage the online product catalogue, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, optimising for ROI.
  • Monitor website performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and present regular e-commerce performance reports to senior management.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to ensure competitiveness in the market.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field
