Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Retail Store Manager to oversee our Edinburgh location. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, optimising store operations, and ensuring top-notch customer service. You will lead a team of sales associates and ensure that our store meets its sales targets while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and staff scheduling.
• Evaluate customer feedback and implement changes as needed.
• Coordinate promotional activities and events.
• Ensure staff are trained in product knowledge and service techniques.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive.
• Foster a positive working environment and resolve conflicts.
• Regularly assess stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Certification in Retail Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
