Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Glue Wheel Operator to join our production team. The role requires expertise in operating and maintaining glue wheel machines, ensuring efficient production of various adhesive products.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as necessary.
  • Conduct quality checks on output and report any discrepancies.
  • Assist in developing best practices for machinery operations.
  • Work closely with maintenance staff to minimise downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and submit daily production reports to management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating glue wheel machines in a manufacturing environment.
