Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join our Birmingham office. You'll work closely with clients to assess their needs, provide ongoing support, and connect them with relevant community resources.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and analyse cases, creating effective strategies for intervention.
Assist clients in understanding their rights and available supports.
Engage with the community to enhance service delivery.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Report to management on client progress and case outcomes.
Apply evidence-based practices in service delivery.
Facilitate workshops and support groups for clients.
Conduct home visits when necessary.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or a related field
