Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join our Birmingham office. You'll work closely with clients to assess their needs, provide ongoing support, and connect them with relevant community resources.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and analyse cases, creating effective strategies for intervention.
  • Assist clients in understanding their rights and available supports.
  • Engage with the community to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Report to management on client progress and case outcomes.
  • Apply evidence-based practices in service delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and support groups for clients.
  • Conduct home visits when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or a related field
