Job Description

As a Curb Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service by assisting with curbside operations, including luggage handling, providing directions, and ensuring a safe environment for all guests. Your efforts will directly enhance the overall customer experience, making it seamless and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they arrive and provide them with assistance promptly.
  • Ensure all curbside areas are free from clutter to allow for safe and efficient service.
  • Provide information about local attractions and services to enhance customer experience.
  • Respond to emergency situations while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance curb service strategies.
  • Assist in training new staff members on best practices for curbside operations.
  • Conduct regular checks of equipment, reporting any issues to management.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements.
  • Carry out daily inspections of the work area to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
