Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Derby. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be friendly, have excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving. You will assist customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing information on products and services while resolving any queries they may have.

Requirements

Education
