Job Description

As a Radiology Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of imaging equipment. You will ensure that all radiology devices function efficiently to provide accurate diagnostics. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in servicing medical devices and an understanding of patient safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of radiology equipment and supplies.
  • Provide technical support to users of imaging systems.
  • Collaborate with team members on equipment upgrades.
  • Initiate improvements to service procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Ensure timely reporting of equipment issues to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in medical device servicing

Certifications
  • Certified Clinical Engineer (CCE) is desirable
