Job Description

We are seeking a Public Health Analyst to join our dynamic team in Leeds. The successful candidate will analyse data to inform public health policies and programmes aimed at improving community health outcomes. You will work closely with healthcare providers and stakeholders to assess health needs and develop strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on public health issues.
  • Collaborate with local health agencies and community groups.
  • Utilise statistical software to analyse health data.
  • Present findings to diverse audiences including policymakers and the public.
  • Develop evidence-based recommendations for health policy.
  • Assist in data collection and management for public health programs.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote health education.
  • Support the evaluation of health interventions and their impact.
  • Analyse data trends to guide funding and resource allocation.
  • Foster partnerships with stakeholders to enhance public health efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Public Health or related field is ideal
