Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of all HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients.

  • Provide client training on new equipment and systems as needed.
  • Work closely with the technical team to implement improvements.
  • Ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards.
  • Assist in training junior technicians and new team members.
  • Manage parts inventory for equipment repair needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technical advancements.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant technical field
  • Equivalent work experience will be considered
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
