We're on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Tester to enhance our software development team in Swansea. The ideal candidate will ensure our products meet stringent quality standards through meticulous testing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Review functional specifications and develop comprehensive test strategies.
• Analyse testing outcomes and report on software performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
• Foster a culture of quality through testing best practices.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and feedback collection.
• Mentor junior QA testers in best practices and testing techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 4+ years experience in a related QA role

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
• Selenium Certification
