Job Description

As a Shipping and Receiving Operator, you will oversee the entire shipping process, from receiving shipments to preparing them for dispatch. Key responsibilities include documentation, inventory management, and compliance with safety regulations. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, package and dispatch products accurately.
• Update inventory software to reflect current stock levels.
• Work closely with warehouse team to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding shipment issues.
• Ensure all shipments meet company and regulatory standards.
• Train new staff on shipping processes and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a logistics or shipping role

Technical Skills

• Inventory management software
• Shipping Management Systems

Certifications

• Forklift operation certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
