Job Description

Dynamic Solutions Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to manage the daily administrative tasks and support our operational team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office functions and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of office databases.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
  • Implement best practices for office management and keep up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Schedule and support regular team meetings, ensuring they run efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Office Manager to develop and improve office procedures.
  • Assist with payroll and timekeeping as necessary.
  • Gather, organize, and store employee records and documents.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Certifications in office management preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in office coordination or administration

Languages
