Job Description

As a Webmaster Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of managing and optimising our websites to ensure high performance and user satisfaction. Your role will involve analysing web data, implementing strategies, and working with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital presence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee website performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
  • Conduct thorough SEO audits and implement recommendations for optimisation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improve site functionality.
  • Maintain documentation of website architecture and processes for future reference.
  • Keep abreast of the latest web technologies and recommend innovative approaches to enhance web infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and promotional strategies to improve traffic.
  • Assist in training team members on new tools and web platforms.
  • Assess competitor websites and identify best practices for optimisation.
  • Develop and maintain operational processes for web management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in web development or SEO are a plus
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a web-related role

  • Content Management Systems (CMS)
