Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Energy Installation Manager to oversee our solar projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solar energy systems and project management, ensuring the successful execution and operation of installations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of solar installation projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise installation teams and enforce safety protocols on-site.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Implement training programs for new staff on installation procedures and safety.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation for reporting.
  • Conduct post-installation evaluations and client feedback sessions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in installation processes.
  • Contribute to the development of new solar product offerings.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Solar Energy Systems Extensive knowledge of solar energy systems and installation methods.
  • Project Management Proficient in managing and executing projects efficiently.
  • Technical Compliance Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  • Leadership Proven leadership skills in managing teams and projects.
  • Communication Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • NABCEP Solar PV Installer Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with solar financing options: Knowledge of various financing options available for solar installations.
  • Previous experience in customer service: Experience in customer-facing roles to assist clients effectively.
