Responsibilities

• Hand sanding wooden products to various grades as required.
• Performing quality checks to confirm surface integrity.
• Understanding and applying different sanding techniques for varied wood types.
• Contributing to team meetings regarding workflow and improvements.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the workshop area and proper tool usage.
• Reporting any defects or issues to the Production Manager.
• Participating in training for new sanding techniques or tools.
• Helping to create an efficient workflow to reduce sanding time without compromising quality.

Requirements

Education

• Understanding of woodworking is beneficial.

Experience

• Experience with sanding tools and techniques is essential.
