Job Description

The Club Waiter will provide exceptional service to members and guests of a private club, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while delivering high-quality food and drink service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests.
• Support the team by helping out in other areas as needed.
• Stay updated on menu changes and special promotions.
• Provide feedback to management on guest experiences.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the club culture.

Requirements

Education

• GCSEs or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

Technical Skills

• Cash handling
• Food Safety protocols

• Flexibility

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Additional language skills: Ability to communicate in another language is a plus.
