Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Menu Planner to create and develop innovative menus for a variety of culinary establishments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nutrition and culinary arts, with the ability to cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design innovative menus in collaboration with Executive Chefs and Food and Beverage Managers.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging food trends and incorporate them into menu planning.
  • Create appealing and balanced menu options that cater to various dietary preferences and restrictions.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement team to source high-quality ingredients within budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure menus comply with relevant regulations and food safety standards.
  • Monitor menu performance, collect feedback, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of menu planning, including recipe development and costing.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements in menu planning software/tools.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the culinary sector
