Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Event Planner to join our Brighton team. The successful candidate will have a flair for creativity and strong organisational skills. This role involves managing all aspects of event planning from conception through to execution. You will liaise with clients to ensure their vision is realised, negotiating with vendors and suppliers, and managing budgets meticulously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and presentations for clients.
• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with creative teams for event decor and themes.
• Set up and manage event registration processes.
• Maintain a database of vendors and suppliers.
• Lead event-related meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure all events comply with legal and safety standards.
• Track event metrics and report on outcomes to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in planning high-profile events

Certifications

• Certified Event Planner (CEP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
