Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Oxford. In this role, you will oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills and a passion for medical research.

Responsibilities

  • Support the initiation and closing of clinical trial sites.
  • Ensure participant safety is maintained throughout the trial.
  • Assist in managing trial budgets and timelines.
  • Contribute to abstracts, reports and publications.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with the clinical operations team.
  • Document and resolve any issues or queries that arise during the trial.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology or related field
  • Master's degree in Clinical Research is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in conducting clinical trials
