Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Burling and Joining Supervisor to oversee our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the burling and joining processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and leading a team of skilled technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in textile manufacturing
• Supervisory or management training

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in burling and joining operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
