Lawn Technician (Lawn Tech)

Job Description

As a Lawn Technician at GreenScape Services, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health and aesthetics of our clients' lawns. You will apply your skills in lawn care, customer service, and problem-solving to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and aerating.
• Apply fertilizers and chemicals to promote healthy lawn growth.
• Interact professionally with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure equipment maintenance is carried out regularly.
• Assist with various landscaping tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, however, a diploma in horticulture or landscaping is advantageous.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care and maintenance preferred, but not essential.

Technical Skills

• Lawn care techniques
• Equipment operation

Soft Skills

• Communication skills
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Customer service experience: Experience in providing excellent customer service is highly desirable.
• Pesticide application certification: Certification in the application of pesticides and herbicides is a plus.
