Responsibilities

• Help in the packing and sorting of harvested crops.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Engage in continuous learning about best agricultural practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in agricultural or related work is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of plant care and cultivation techniques
• Basic machinery operation skills

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Reliability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift license: Certification to operate forklifts in a safe manner.
• Experience with greenhouse technology: Familiarity with climate control systems and automatic irrigation.
